Memorial services for Frank Landry Sr., age 60, will be held at a later date. Mr. Landry passed away on Tuesday, December 22, 2009 at Iberia Medical Center.
A native of Jeanerette and resident of New Iberia, Mr. Landry enjoyed being around his grandchildren, working in the yard and taking care of his family.
He is survived by his wife of 36 years Sharon Horton Landry of New Iberia, one son Frank Landry Jr., one daughter Chantel Landry both of New Iberia; four brothers, Ernest Landry Jr., of Arnaudville, Gerald Landry and James Landry both of Jeanerette, Lawrence Landry of Franklin; four sisters, Ann Seaux, Helen Rebert, and Margaret Leblanc all of New Iberia, Nora Rodrigue of Franklin; four grandchildren Jared Landry, Brandon Landry, Dakota Landry, and Christian Landry; along with a number of nieces, nephews, and other relatives
He was preceded in death by his parents Ernest Landry Sr., and Stella Trimble Landry, one brother Arthur Landry and one sister Rita Derouen
